Elective Front of Neck Airway (FONA) Using a Tritube (4.4 mm) in a case of a huge parotid tumor obstructing the nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal airway and space is difficult to accommodate normal ETT. After 8 hours of ventilation using Evone; Tritube was extubated and a small neck wound was closed with a small Steri Strip and the patient was shifted to PACU with a nasopharyngeal airway for one day.
